Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason. When you purchase a Ready to Press Transfer from us, you accept the responsibility for ensuring that you are using the proper equipment needed to properly press the transfer. Please read and follow the pressing instructions on our site. Any application errors are the responsibility of the buyer.

With that being said, if you have a legitimate issue with an item, please contact us and we will review the issue with you.

All Files are printed as is - please verify that all files are correct before purchasing.

Apparel Printing Solutions LLC, takes no responsibility for trademark or copyright infringement and reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at our discretion. Buyers confirm that they have the right to print the files being sent to Apparel Printing Solutions LLC.

Art work is properly sized. Buyer understands that any design that is not 300 DPI at the size you have it on your design can result in a blurry, pixelated, or distorted print.

Files being sent to print have been uploaded with high resolution files with no less than 300 DPI. Please DO NOT MIRROR your images, this is not necessary for DTF printing.

Files being sent to print have a transparent background. If you do not have a transparent background your order will be placed on hold until the issue is corrected and we can move forward with printing your order.
